# Celebrim AI

> Celebrim AI is a spatial AI platform that turns architectural drawings, floor plans and BIM/Revit models into true-to-scale 3D homes you can walk through in VR before construction, then redesign by simply asking.

Walk through your home before it exists. Homeowners send the plans their architect gave them; AI rebuilds walls, doors, windows, stairs and ceiling heights as a 1:1 model, adds light, materials and furniture, and delivers it to a VR headset (Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro) where they walk through at their own height. Inside, they can restyle colours, materials and furniture by asking in plain words.

Celebrim AI is pre-launch and running a founding pilot with a small group of homeowners and architecture studios. There are no public prices, ratings or customer metrics yet.

## Key facts

- Inputs: REVIT (.RVT), IFC / OPENBIM, AUTOCAD (.DWG), PDF PLANS, SKETCHUP, POINT CLOUD
- Output: true-to-scale, BIM-native (IFC-compatible) 3D digital twin of the home
- Delivery: standalone VR headsets via OpenXR / WebXR; no gaming PC required
- AI Design Studio: redesign colours, materials, furniture and styles by asking in plain words; structural, electrical, plumbing and code decisions stay with architects and engineers
- Audiences: homeowners; architects and designers; builders, developers and real estate sales teams (including white-label)
- Data: drawings encrypted in transit and at rest, deleted on request
