For architects & designers

Client reviews your clients actually understand.

You can read a plan. Your clients mostly can't. Turn your drawings or Revit model into a true-to-scale VR digital twin, walk it together, and get to a confident approval with fewer surprises later.

Why studios use it

One digital twin. Everyone sees the same home.

A presentation and approval tool that builds on your design instead of replacing it.

  • Present at human scale

Clients stand inside the design at their own height instead of decoding plans, sections and a few renders.

  • Less time explaining

Spatial relationships you'd normally talk through, like ceiling heights, sightlines and circulation, are experienced directly.

  • Faster, firmer approvals

Clients commit to a home they've already walked, which means fewer misunderstandings and fewer late change requests.

  • Built from your model

Output stays parametric and IFC-compatible, so the walkthrough stays in sync with your design model rather than becoming a separate artwork.

  • Your design authority

AI-generated alternatives are labelled as suggestions. Structure, services and code compliance remain your and your engineers' call.

  • Under your studio's brand

Offer white-label digital twins to your clients as part of your own service.

In your workflow

Fits between design and sign-off.

No new modelling work for your team: we start from what you already produce.

  1. Share the design

Send a Revit or IFC model, DWG drawings or a PDF set. Include finishes and furniture specifications if you have them.

  2. AI builds the digital twin

Geometry is rebuilt from your dimensions, and critical dimensions are checked against the source files.

  3. Review it together in VR

Walk the home with your client on a standalone headset and discuss what they see, room by room.

  4. Explore alternatives with the AI Studio

Clients try colours, materials and furniture by asking, with you guiding which options make sense.

  5. Take decisions back into the design

Your client's preferred version comes back to you as input for the next design iteration.

Questions

What studios ask first.

See every question on the FAQ page

What drawings do I need to send?
A floor plan is enough to start. Elevations, sections, or a Revit/IFC model give more accurate ceilings, windows, and materials. Scanned PDFs and photos of printed plans also work.
How accurate is the walkthrough?
Geometry is built from your drawings' dimensions, so room sizes, door widths, and ceiling heights match the plans. Materials and furniture are representative unless you provide specifications.
Does Celebrim AI replace my architect?
No. The walkthrough is built from your architect's design and helps you understand and discuss it. Structural, electrical, plumbing and building-code decisions always stay with your architect and engineers.
Can I change the design inside the walkthrough?
That's what the AI Design Studio, coming next, is for. You describe changes in plain words, such as warmer colours, a darker floor or a table for six, and walk the new version. It covers colours, materials, furniture and styles; anything the AI changes is labelled as AI-suggested.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Drawings are encrypted, access is limited to the people working on your project, and we delete everything on request.
