Technology

Spatial AI, built on BIM.

This isn't a 3D artist working by hand, and it isn't a pretty image generator. It's a pipeline that reads construction documents the way an architect does, then compiles them into a real-time XR scene at 1:1 scale.

Four pillars

From documents to a real-time scene.

  • Drawing understanding

Computer-vision models read walls, openings, dimensions, and annotations from vector and raster drawings.

  • BIM-native geometry

Output stays parametric and IFC-compatible, so the walkthrough stays in sync with the design model.

  • Real-time rendering

Optimised scenes run at headset frame rates on standalone devices, with no gaming PC required.

  • Open XR delivery

OpenXR and WebXR support across Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, and other major headsets.

Why AI is central

An AI system for buildings, with VR as the interface.

AI runs through the whole workflow, from reading your files to redesigning the finished home.

  • Reads the drawings

Understands and extracts rooms, walls, openings, levels, dimensions and annotations from drawings and design documents.

  • Unifies the inputs

Converts CAD, BIM, PDFs and images into one consistent 3D building representation, whatever mix of files arrives.

  • Fills the gaps

Suggests plausible materials, light and furniture where drawings are silent, and labels those additions as AI-suggested.

  • Generates alternatives

Creates interior styles, materials, colours and furniture layouts from natural-language requests in the AI Design Studio.

Pipeline, technically

What runs at each stage.

01 · Ingest
Vector + raster parsing, IFC schema mapping
02 · Interpret
Semantic segmentation → parametric BIM
03 · Render
Physically based materials, solar study
04 · Immerse
Stereo 6DoF, room-scale locomotion

Supported inputs: REVIT (.RVT), IFC / OPENBIM, AUTOCAD (.DWG), PDF PLANS, SKETCHUP, POINT CLOUD.

Delivery and security

Open XR standards. Your data stays yours.

OpenXR and WebXR support across Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro and other major headsets.

  • Standalone headsets

Scenes are optimised to run at headset frame rates on standalone devices, with no tethered gaming PC.

  • 1:1 human scale

Stereo 6DoF rendering and room-scale locomotion let you walk the home at your own eye height.

  • Private by default

Drawings are encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people on your project, and everything is deleted on request.
