For homeowners

Know what 3 metres feels like before you build.

Your architect can read a floor plan. Most people can't. Celebrim AI turns your home's design into a true-to-scale digital twin you step inside in VR, so you understand the space before you commit to construction.

The problem

Precise drawings, fuzzy understanding.

  • A floor plan tells you a bedroom is 3.2 metres wide, not whether a king bed and wardrobe will feel cramped.

  • Renders show one flattering angle, not how rooms connect or what's around the corner.

  • It's easy to approve a design without realising a hallway, staircase or kitchen will feel different from what you imagined.

  • Problems usually surface during construction, when changes are slowest and most expensive.

What you can check

Questions you can answer in seconds.

  • Feel the real size

Is the bedroom big enough for a king bed? Is the hallway too narrow? AI builds every room at true scale, so you'll know in seconds.

  • Walk the flow

Move from the front door to the kitchen to the bedrooms the way you will every day, and feel how the rooms connect.

  • Check the furniture fits

AI furnishes each room at real sizes. See whether the sofa, the dining table for six, and the bed actually work.

  • Change it by asking

Don't like the floor? Just ask. AI restyles colours, materials, and furniture and you walk the new version right away.

Your first walkthrough

From drawing set to "now I get it".

The technology is complex. Your part isn't.

  1. Get your plans from your architect

The drawing set, a PDF, a Revit model or photos of printed plans. Whatever you have, even if it's incomplete.

  2. Send them to us

During the pilot, we work with you directly. Self-serve upload is next on the roadmap.

  3. AI builds your home's digital twin

Rooms, walls, doors, windows, stairs and ceiling heights are rebuilt at real scale, then furnished and lit so the spaces read correctly.

  4. Put on the headset and walk in

Walk through the entrance, living room, kitchen, bedrooms and stairs at your own height, on a standalone headset such as Meta Quest.

  5. Notice what drawings couldn't show

A room that feels smaller than expected, a sofa that blocks the flow, a window that frames the wrong view.

  6. Try alternatives and share your choice

Ask the AI for different colours, materials or furniture, compare the versions, and take your preferred design back to your architect.

Questions

What homeowners ask first.

See every question on the FAQ page

Do I need my own VR headset?
It's recommended but not required. The walkthrough runs on standalone headsets like Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro. During the pilot we can help arrange a headset session if you don't have one.
What drawings do I need to send?
A floor plan is enough to start. Elevations, sections, or a Revit/IFC model give more accurate ceilings, windows, and materials. Scanned PDFs and photos of printed plans also work.
How accurate is the walkthrough?
Geometry is built from your drawings' dimensions, so room sizes, door widths, and ceiling heights match the plans. Materials and furniture are representative unless you provide specifications.
Does Celebrim AI replace my architect?
No. The walkthrough is built from your architect's design and helps you understand and discuss it. Structural, electrical, plumbing and building-code decisions always stay with your architect and engineers.
How much does it cost?
Pricing isn't public yet while we run the founding pilot. Pilot participants get locked-in founding-member pricing and direct access to the founding team.
