The basics
What is Celebrim AI?
Celebrim AI is a spatial AI platform that turns architectural drawings, floor plans and BIM/Revit models into true-to-scale 3D homes you can walk through in VR before construction. Next, its AI Design Studio will let you restyle the home by simply asking.
Who is it for?
Primarily people building or commissioning a new home. Architects and designers use it for client reviews and approvals, and builders and developers use it to let buyers experience homes before they're finished. Professionals can also offer it under their own brand.
Does Celebrim AI replace my architect?
No. The walkthrough is built from your architect's design and helps you understand and discuss it. Structural, electrical, plumbing and building-code decisions always stay with your architect and engineers.
Does it work for homes that already exist?
Not yet. We're focused on homes that haven't been built. Scanning existing homes, remote property tours and renovation previews are possible later expansions.
Drawings and accuracy
What drawings do I need to send?
A floor plan is enough to start. Elevations, sections, or a Revit/IFC model give more accurate ceilings, windows, and materials. Scanned PDFs and photos of printed plans also work.
How accurate is the walkthrough?
Geometry is built from your drawings' dimensions, so room sizes, door widths, and ceiling heights match the plans. Materials and furniture are representative unless you provide specifications.
Headsets and viewing
Do I need my own VR headset?
It's recommended but not required. The walkthrough runs on standalone headsets like Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro. During the pilot we can help arrange a headset session if you don't have one.
Why can't I try it in the browser right now?
The core experience is standing inside your home at real scale, and a flat screen can't show that. We would rather show you a short video now and give you the real thing in a headset.
AI Design Studio
Can I change the design inside the walkthrough?
That's what the AI Design Studio, coming next, is for. You describe changes in plain words, such as warmer colours, a darker floor or a table for six, and walk the new version. It covers colours, materials, furniture and styles; anything the AI changes is labelled as AI-suggested.
Pilot, pricing and data
How much does it cost?
Pricing isn't public yet while we run the founding pilot. Pilot participants get locked-in founding-member pricing and direct access to the founding team.
How do I join the founding pilot?
Fill in the short form at the bottom of any page and tell us about your project. Spots are limited, and we reply within two business days.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Drawings are encrypted, access is limited to the people working on your project, and we delete everything on request.
